~ 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve' ~

A nose of cherry, deep red color, flavors of coffee and burnt caramel with a nice texture to tantalize all your senses. It sells for $25 per bottle.

~ 2004 Sangiovese' ~

Bright and intense, this wines nose flirts with persimmon while in the mouth expect smooth delicate smoky flavors. 2007 Lone Star International Wine Competition Bronze medal. It sells for 20 dollars per bottle.

~ 2004 Casena' ~

A 41% cabernet Sauvignon, 41% Merlot and 18% Sangiovese blend that boasts of cherry with delightful oak integration. Grandmother Casena would be proud. It sells for 20 dollars per bottle.

~ 2005 Blanc du Bois' ~

A bright, crisp wine with floral flavors and aromas. Honeysuckle in particular comes to mind. It sells for 15 dollars per bottle.

~ Barking Rocks (NV) Little Red Wine in Hood' ~

A blend of Syrah and Blanc du Bois. This wine reminds us of rose petals and will find its way into your hot summer days. It sells for 15 dollars per bottle.

~ 2002 Fume Blanc' ~

This wine was made from 2002 sauvignon blanc grapes, fermented in French oak barrels and then aged in stainless steel tanks until it was bottled unfiltered. You will find it crisp with pleasant citrus flavors, hint of oak and a nice compliment to fish, Asian food and / or a warm evening breeze. We made 150 cases and it sells for 14 dollars per bottle.

~ 2002 Cabernet Sauvignon' ~

This wine was made from the grapes grown by Peggy and Kent Welch of Quail Ridge Vineyards in Plains TX. A very windy spring impeded the rate of pollination setting less fruit than expected. Less fruit per vine is always good news for a winemaker. In the end the fruit yielded a nice medium bodied wine; full of flavor yet easy on the palate. Aged for a year in American oak barrels crafted by Leroy McGinnis from Cuba Missouri, It should continue to develop smooth complexity for a number of years to come. We made 150 cases and it sells for 17 dollars per bottle.

$50 (limit 2) This wine is perhaps the best red wine you will ever drink. 2004 Best of Texas Competition, Gold medal. It is not sold out as it indicates on the label at left.

~ 2003 Orange Muscat' ~

This is dessert wine that has a brilliant pink color with an incredible nose that delivers essences of papaya through the sweetness of its core. This wine will put the finishing touch on just about any occasion. We made 40 cases and it sells for 15 dollars per bottle.

~ 2003 Chardonnay' ~

This wine is silky and buttery, clean and brilliant. It has a delicate mouth feel with nice tartness balanced with the sweetness of oak. For those who dare to venture we have experienced hints of jasmine and gardenia. We have enjoyed it with spicy rubbed grilled quail. We made 120 cases and it sells for 18 dollars per bottle.

~ 2003 Casena' ~

A 66% cabernet sauvignon and 34% cabernet franc blend. The color is beautiful. The aromas are reserved and shy but delicately expressive. 2005 Lone Star International Wine Competition Silver medal. It sells for 20 dollars per bottle.

~ 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon' ~

The high plains of Texas continues to provide outstanding fruit quality. This wine has a gorgeous black color, nose of coffee and sweet delicate oak. The marriage of wine and oak presents itself nicely in the mouth. The wine is big and mature and offers multiple layers of complexity. We made 230 cases and it sells for 20 dollars per bottle.
