Hey cru,
2011 was a good year
as we continue to
make wine, friends
and events happen.
We finally have
tempranillo in the
house and it's
showing some aging
potential. Our
2011 roussanne is
also settling nicely
in some older mellow
french barrels. The
estate lenoire this
year was fortified
in traditional
Portuguese ways and
is resting in
Missourian oak, very
exciting stuff!
Our First Friday
fiasco will be
February 3rd from
7:00 till 11:00.
Susan Herndon will
be down from
Oklahoma to perform
for us. Her music
delivers lyrics in a
manner that hits
close to the heart
and draws an
emotional response.

As is always the
case, barking rocks
wine with that all
important hunk of
chocolate or bunch
of flowers makes the
perfect combination
for that intimate
valentine evening.

14th. The sheltered
southern exposure
nature of the winery
has provided some
incredible chill-in
experiences of late
for some
unsuspecting
customers the last
few Saturdays as
tastings have turned
into all afternoon
